Escrow services

Whether out of choice or by requirement, using an escrow agent provides additional means to facilitate the transaction of exchanging title and funds. Or to put it another way; it removes the "chicken and egg" scenario with who should move first at completion. Instead the final exchange is made absolutely independently and simultaneously by a legally backed and insured escrow agent.

Typically a sales and purchase agreement would be agreed directly between the buyer and seller with escrow participation detailed if required. Once appropriately signed a copy is forwarded to escrow.

Using an escrow facility such as Insured Aircraft and Title Service (IATS) means they also have in house council to ensure appropriate understanding of the agreement and the sub parts throughout the process.

Ultimately the task is to reach an agreement that both buyer and seller are happy with and can follow with relative ease. It must be fair and accurate in the interest of both parties and our goal is to ensure that at the end of the sale the buyer is totally satisfied with the entire process.
