Shipping experience and capability

We treat all enquiries of stock parts as AOG (Aircraft On Ground). If you need it and we have it, it will go out the door as quick as it can be packed and collected!

We regularly use DHL, FedEx and UPS, in fact we're on first name terms with most drivers!

If you buy parts from Eastern Atlantic we can ship them on your account or ours (which we can then itemize and add to the cost of the part). Whichever is easiest for you!

For larger parts that require wooden crates to ship them internationally we can also supply bespoke packing cases which are all ISPM-15 compliant (treated and certified wooden materials). This is a customs entry requirement for many countries.

We of course understand the certifiction documentation required in order to fit supplied parts. It is important to define your requirements with your initial enquiry so we can check and respond accordingly. We will advise what release paperwork the parts come with when we respond to your enquiry, however if you need something different just let us know and we will do our best to find the most efficient means possible to achieve this.
