The Sales Department is made up of four experienced and knowledgeable
individuals, two of which are licensed commercial pilots themselves.
The company has a stunning carpeted showroom hangar. And a
relaxing lounge and meeting room upstairs so we can make you
feel more than comfortable should we have the pleasure of your
company.

Simon Oliphant-Hope is not just the Managing Director of Eastern
Atlantic Helicopters Ltd, but is also an experienced pilot having
over 7000 hours with a Commercial Pilots Licence, Instrument
Rating and an FAA approved CFI rating. Other achievements include
ferry flights from America to England, flying around the world
in 2001 and 2004 (claiming the Around the World and New York
to London, World Speed Records) and as Pierce Brosnan’s
double in James Bond – ‘Die Another Day’
Simon started Eastern Atlantic Helicopters from a single office
back in 1996 and has worked and matured the company into today’s
success.
Jamie Chalkley is the Sales Director and Operations Manager.
Jamie is an experienced pilot holding FAA / JAA Commercial Licenses
with a JAA Instructor Rating on helicopters and in addition
fixed wing licences as well. Jamie worked on Bond Films ‘Die
Another Day’ and Casino Royale and other action flick
Agent Cody Banks II.
Richard Faulds is the Financial Director. Richard's extensive
international accounting background combined with his experience
in business contract law make him an asset within the company
and sales team alike.
Colin Whicher is Head of US Operations. Colins experience and
skills span some 30 years in the industry. He has held senior
level management positions within various leading organizations
including aircraft Manufacturers.
Wayne Parsons is the Hangar Manager and forms one half of the
of the maintenance team. Wayne has some 30 years experience
in the industry and holds both Enstrom and MD Helicopters Factory
course qualifications. Wayne has also acrued many a flying hour
as an observer on helicopter patrol sorties.
Simon Willard is the Technical Manager and the newest member
of the team. Simon has likewise many years industry expereience
and has held several key post positions, including Chief Engineer,
within well respected maintenance organizations. Simon is too
Factory Trained and Qualified. Simon is also an acomplished
Fixed Wing pilot with Warbird flying experience.
Together, our team has some 130 years combined industry experience.
